Suggestion template

Be specific and open to alternatives. Other members may test assumptions, identify technical or
balance concerns, or combine related ideas. Disagreement with a proposal is not disagreement with
the person who posted it.

Suggestions are not promises. Staff may defer or decline an idea because of stability, fairness,
moderation cost, licensing, performance, maintenance, or the wider roadmap. When a decision is
available, the topic should record the outcome so future discussions have useful context.

The Trading & Team Building category is for future in-game exchanges and team discussion. Until the
Pixelmon server is accepted and trading rules are announced, posts are planning and conversation—not
a promise that items, creatures, or fulfillment exist.

Trading rules

• Describe exactly what you offer and what you want.
• State relevant details such as species, form, level, nature, ability, or held item when known.
• Do not misrepresent stats, ownership, rarity, staff approval, or another player’s offer.
• Keep negotiations in visible forum replies when practical and confirm the final agreement.
• Never request real money, gift cards, passwords, account access, authentication codes, or payment
  outside an explicitly approved official store flow.
• Do not pressure, threaten, or repeatedly message someone who declined.
• Staff do not guarantee private agreements and cannot restore value that has not been verified.

If an offer looks deceptive or unsafe, do not continue the trade. Preserve the relevant messages
and report it privately through the moderation route announced by staff.

Search the guide and recent support topics first. If the answer is not there, create one topic with
a descriptive title and include the details below. Remove account tokens, passwords, private IP
addresses, email addresses, and other secrets before posting logs or screenshots.

For connection problems, say whether the failure occurs before the server list appears, while
joining, or after entering the world. For crashes, attach the relevant crash report or a short,
redacted log excerpt instead of pasting thousands of lines into the post.

Do not download mystery “fix” files from private messages. Use official launcher, NeoForge,
Pixelmon, and FlaroCity links. Staff will mark instructions as verified only after they have been
tested against the supported pack.

FlaroCity should feel safe and enjoyable for new trainers, returning players, builders, families,
and competitive players alike. Participate in that spirit.

1. Treat people with respect. Harassment, hate speech, threats, stalking, targeted humiliation,
   and discriminatory language are not welcome.
2. Keep content appropriate for a broad gaming community. Do not post sexual content, graphic
   violence, illegal material, or attempts to evade platform safety rules.
3. Protect privacy and accounts. Never publish private information, passwords, authentication
   codes, private messages without permission, or another person’s real-world identity.
4. Do not cheat or exploit. Do not distribute malicious clients, stolen accounts, dupes,
   automation intended to bypass gameplay, or instructions for attacking services.
5. Avoid spam and impersonation. Keep promotions relevant and approved. Do not imitate staff,
   forge announcements, or use misleading links.
6. Use only content you own or may share. Credit creators and do not repost paid, private, or
   copyrighted material without permission.
7. Follow category-specific rules. Trading, support, events, and media posts include additional
   expectations designed to keep those spaces useful.

Staff may move, edit, lock, or remove content and may restrict accounts when necessary to protect
the community. Context and severity matter. If a moderation decision involves you, use the private
appeal route provided by staff instead of starting a public argument or encouraging harassment.

If someone may be in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Forum
moderators are community volunteers and cannot provide emergency response.

FlaroCity is preparing a nostalgic Pixelmon community built around exploration, friendly
competition, creative projects, and the stories trainers make together.

Current status

The website and forum are the first public phase. The Pixelmon server, launcher download, live world
map, voting rewards, store fulfillment, account linking, and leaderboards must each pass real-system
testing before they are announced as available. A visible server address or preview page is not a
launch announcement.

Use announcements posted by FlaroCity staff as the source of truth. Staff will publish verified
versions, download instructions, connection details, maintenance windows, and launch readiness when
those items have actually passed acceptance.
